The PWR Program (pronounced “POWER”) at MVP Therapy & Sports Medicine is a personalized aftercare and performance program designed to bridge the gap between physical therapy and long-term health, fitness, and performance.

Whether you’re transitioning out of physical therapy, working toward a new fitness goal, or simply looking for a more supportive approach to exercise, PWR gives you a structured path forward with professional guidance in a familiar, welcoming environment.

Find Your PWR

Build the strength, mobility, confidence, and skills to do more of what matters to you.

Performance looks different for everyone. Your goals might include improving athletic performance, developing balance, returning to recreation, preparing to walk a 5K, getting ready to try pickleball, or simply becoming stronger and more capable in everyday life.

WELLNESS

Use movement to support your long-term health and quality of life.

PWR provides individualized exercise and movement coaching based on where you are today and where you want to go. Programs can support general fitness, strength development, weight-management goals, and individuals using GLP-1 medications who want to prioritize maintaining and building strength.

RECOVERY

Give your body the support it needs between workouts, activities, and everyday demands.

PWR incorporates recovery-focused services alongside your training program to help support mobility, comfort, and continued physical progress.

More Than Personal Training.

PWR combines personal training, corrective exercise, recovery strategies, and professional oversight within the MVP Therapy & Sports Medicine environment.

Instead of starting over after rehabilitation, PWR allows you to build on the progress you’ve already made. For current and former MVP patients, your trainer can work in communication with your rehabilitation team, creating a more connected transition from clinical care to ongoing fitness and performance.

It’s a service our patients have been asking for for years, and we’re excited to finally offer a clear next step for whatever comes after PT.

Ready to Reach Your Next Level?

Whether your next goal is returning to a sport, getting stronger, moving with more confidence, managing your health through exercise, or simply staying active after physical therapy, PWR is designed to help you keep progressing.

The PWR Program is currently available at our Midlothian clinic.

Contact MVP Therapy & Sports Medicine to learn more about PWR, meet our PWR Coach, or find out if the program is right for you.

Your rehab may be complete. Your progress isn’t.
